Rules:
1) All acts will have a time limit of 5 minutes.
2) All acts will be judged on performance, enthusiasm, poise, audience
reaction, theme & appearance.
3) All CD’s or flash drives need to be labeled with song
individual name on it. They must submitted to MEA committee for review.
4) One participant can only take part in a maximum of two events in dancing and singing categories.
5) For group events, we need 70% of the group to be MEA members.
6) If we get less than 5 participants for any event we reserve the right to cancel the event
7) If we get too many participants we reserve the right to close the enrollment early.
8) Painting, Poetry, Essay Writing entries need to be mailed to the committee for evalulation.
