Rules:
1) All acts will have a time limit of 7 minutes.
2) All acts will be judged on performance, enthusiasm, poise, audience
reaction, theme & appearance.
3) One participant can only take part in a maximum of two events in dancing and singing categories.
4) For group events, we need 70% of the group to be MEA members.
5) If we get less than 5 participants for any event we reserve the right to cancel the event
6) If we get too many participants we reserve the right to close the enrollment early.
